Delivery Information

During this unprecedented time we have been able to continue to fulfill online orders when our warehouse doors have had to close, thanks to the excellent service provided by Royal Mail.

 

Regardless of local lockdowns, you order will be picked and packed ready for shipping within 24/48 hours of being placed. Our opening days are currently Monday - Friday but if changes to this are made due to local or national restrictions, we will put notification on our homepage banner.

When more than one person is working in the warehouse together, we wear masks and practice all social distancing rules.

 

Whilst Royal Mail are still collecting deliveries every day, we do ask that you please be patient, as demand on the Royal Mail has increased significantly this year. On the whole we have found that deliveries still arrive within their 48 hour delivery window but sometimes, deliveries can be delayed to certain areas depending on the local circumstances.

 

We try out best to maintain accurate stock levels, but please note that we also sell on other online channels and due to this, discrepancies can occur. We are also unable to replenish some items still, due to increased demand on the supply chain. If your order is effected, we will contact you as soon as we can to discuss the options available to you.
