All furniture is drop shipped directly from the manufacturers UK hub.

Placing an order:

Before placing any furniture order online, contact our team to check delivery details as these can vary from a day or two to up to 12 weeks. These timescales vary depending on what the manufacturer has readily available in their UK hub, whether your item of furniture is being made to bespoke requirements and is also subject to any backlog that the manufacturer may be experiencing, which we are seeing more and more frequently right now as a knock-on effect of the pandemic.

Deliveries:

Furniture is delivered directly from the manufacturers UK hub, via their own chosen courier service. This may incur additional charges, so please check this before placing your order.

Currently we are unable to offer furniture to customers outside of mainland UK. Due to new Brexit laws, the manufacturers that we work with are unable to ship outside of mainland UK. We are very sorry for any inconvenience that this causes our customers.

All deliveries are curb side deliveries. Unfortunately, we cannot help getting your furniture into your salon or offer any installation service, so please make sure that you have help on hand on your designated delivery day.

Damages & Returns:

Any damages or return requests need to be reported within 3 working days of delivery. If you need to return an item, we can arrange for the manufacturer to collect the item from you. You will need to make sure that the item is packed safely back into its original packaging. Any damage that occurs when transporting the item back to the manufacturer, due to the item being poorly packed, will result in your refund being declined.
All refunds are subject to a restocking fee and a returns carriage charge.
