All of our orders are dispatched the same day using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, as long as orders are received before 12 midday.

After 12 midday, your order will be dispatched the following working day using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

 

These shipping standards are subject to stock availability. If there are any stock issues that effect your order, we will email or call you to discuss the options prior to dispatching your order.

You may be offered one of the below options:

  • To wait slightly longer for your items if we are expecting stock soon. We will let you know expected wait times in this scenario.
  • To have a partial refund for the part of your order that we are not able to fulfill.
  • An appropriate substitute.
  • A full refund.

When ordering furniture, please email us on info@salonessentials.co.uk before placing your order. All furniture orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer and some furniture items are made to order. This means that there is often a lead time of 6 weeks or more for certain items and sometimes an additional carriage charge depending on your location. We will be able to get exact timescales and pricing information prior to your order.



Our Click & Collect service is available for local customers only, for collection from our branch in Bridgend, South Wales. Please only use this option if you have the ability to collect your items from our branch. If you select this option in error and are unable to collect, you will be offered the ability to pay for the postage and have the items shipped to you, or cancel your order for a full refund.
